    What a joke... after myself and my partner going to Iceland Shirley for YEARS, my partner was rudely and aggressively told by a female staff today that they DON'T deliver to our area which is B, furthermore she continues to tell my partner that they stopped delivering to B area before Covid. My partner told her that we had been going there during Covid and we also get a delivery two weeks ago from the very same place and she flat out told my partner "Yeah well they shouldn't have been doing that, if you want a delivery you need to go to Acocks Green".I phoned customer service and asked if this was the case and she confirmed that online it shows that they are available to deliver to my area, asked to place me on hold while she phoned the store and they didn't answer the phone (which they never have even when I've called) and told me she will be leaving an email for the store manager with my information to get intouch with me and telling them to update me on the situation.Some of the new staff are very rude, arrogant and entitled.Myself and my partner are considering shppoing full time at Iceland Kings Heath as we have been there a few times in the past and never had to deal with rude staff or arrogance.

    Went to Iceland today as ever no trolleys asked at checkout a girl shouted outside. They are outside there were no trolleys outside asked again to a man inside who said they are in the car park so I took that to mean go and get one yourself now i know why as the store is so minimally staffed that they have no time to get trolleys back into store there was part unpacked trolleys everywhere and staff could not be bothered so I could not be bothered to shop there no a good experience

    Rude staff, can't carry out an uber order correctly to save their life. Multiple orders now have had incorrect items or they just couldn't be arsed to pick a replacement so they just refund. FYI if you purchase the mini yorkshires, and they are not available then you won't be sent any replacent yorkshires as iceland won't do a replacement for them which is mental. Iceland sort it out! If you've selected yorkshires for your dinner then you would clearly still want some in any form. Called the store times to discuss told me there wasn't any replacements in store. He said yes no replacements, so I asked if there were yorkshires in store. Proceeded to tell me he couldn't give me them for free which is not what I asked, I asked for a replacement which would be charged at a different price which replacements are.

    Don't usually shop here anymore, but still have home delivery service.....so as I was walking could not carry all my shopping.Staff helpful ....The only downside was the receipt....ink had run out so I was unable to check items .
